The Global ARC
The Global ARC promotes sustainable and just bioregional development (including healthy metro-hinterland relationships) through university-community partnerships, networks and action research. We document, support, share, interconnect and scale up sustainability solutions focused on food, water, energy, land and the built environment. Our organizing framework is globally-minded, solutions-oriented, and based on a series of integrative concepts including watershed, foodshed, socio-ecological systems, knowledge commons, climate change, health and justice.
